Celebrating 1!
The time has come and gone so quickly. Eva is still the most darling child. I have no complaints, every moment has been lovely with her. Even on hard nights, I have never been angry or remorseful to be up with her. She is my little gift.
Unlike most babies, Eva was not shy about getting down and dirty with her cupcake.
It was a red velvet cake but after the way Eva devoured her cupcake you would have thought it was more like roadkill. Just look at that bloody aftermath.
Rare family moment. Regardless of how many events I bring out the ole camera for, I still hardly ever have the chance to get us all together in one shot, with most of us smiling.
It just makes me want to sing that primary song, Happy Family. I just love my little family.

I love the "whole" family picture. Adorable!! And that's really gross that you compared the cupcake to roadkill, because it really did look like it.
happy birthday eva!! we can't believe she's a year!?!?! crazy. i also didn't know she was born the day after kate (a year later, of course). i'm a bit jealous you have one who will dig into birthday cake!

Happy birthday little girl! And loved the family shot. I didn't get the chance to say hi and hug you at the tabernacle. You married into the most wonderful family! And they are pretty lucky to have you too.
